Usage and Instructions
As a food supplement take one capsule daily with food. Two capsules per day with food are advisable when travelling to less developed areas of the world.
ProVen Probiotics Acidophilus & Bifidus for Travellers is best taken prior to the start of the outward journey and maintained throughout the trip.
For children above 2 years of age, simply empty the contents of one capsule into cold milk, juice, yoghurt or other cold drink or food.
