Do I have to take the Wegovy pill in the morning?

Yes, the Wegovy pill should be taken once daily in the morning on an empty stomach. This is because oral semaglutide needs specific conditions to be absorbed properly.

Take the tablet before eating, drinking anything other than water, or taking any other oral medicines. Swallow it whole with water only, using no more than 4 ounces, or around 120ml. Then wait at least 30 minutes before having food, other drinks or oral medicines.
