What is Cialis?
Cialis is the brand name for tadalafil, a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men. It helps men achieve and maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity by relaxing blood vessels in the penis to increase blood flow, but only works with sexual stimulation. Available as tablets in strengths of 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg or 20mg, it is taken orally at least 30 minutes before sex and can last up to 36 hours.
