1. Eligibility
1.1 This offer is open to mainland UK residents aged 16 years or over only (excluding medino employees, their immediate families, live-in partners and anyone else professionally connected to the giveaway.)
1.2 medino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to ask for evidence to verify age, identity and / or eligibility of an entrant at any time, and to use any channels or methods available to carry out checks of any details provided. medino may withhold delivery of the giveaway until it has received such evidence from the customer and failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in the forfeiture of the giveaway.
2. Opening and closing date and time
2.1 The condom giveaway opens at 8:00am BST on Thursday 26 August 2021 and runs until 250 eligible customers have placed orders.
2.2 Any purchases made before the giveaway opens or after it closes will not be eligible for the giveaway.
3. The giveaway
3.1 The giveaway is described as one box of 3 Durex condoms.
3.2 No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the qualifying customer and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3.3 Customers may not choose which Durex condoms they receive.
3.3 medino reserves the right to substitute the giveaway with another brand or pack size, subject to availability.
3.4 medino and their agents will not be liable where the giveaway has been lost, damaged or stolen following delivery and such giveaway will not be replaced.
3.5 Giveaway may not be returned to medino in exchange for its cash value or another product
4. Qualifying criteria
4.1 To qualify for the Durex condom giveaway you will need to be one of the first 250 customers to purchase a qualifying personal lubricant, intimate gel or pack of condoms.
4.2 A qualifying purchase is one that is fully paid for after checkout.
4.3 The Durex condom giveaway is limited to one pack per customer only. Multiple purchases from a single customer will not be eligible for additional Durex condom giveaways.

5.1 This giveaway does not restrict your statutory rights as a consumer. For more details on these statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.
