What size is XL?

Sizing is based on four measurements: A is 5 cm below the groin, B is the widest part of the calf, C is just above the ankle bone, and D is from the back of the heel to the longest toe. For XL, A is 53.0 to 66.0 cm, B is 38.0 to 46.0 cm, C is 23.0 to 32.0 cm and D is 26.5 to 32.5 cm.

Do I need to be measured before buying compression hosiery?

Yes, getting measured is recommended. If you are new to compression, are changing the type or class, or have an existing medical condition, have a trained healthcare professional assess and measure you.
