Applied Nutrition Hair, Skin & Nails Capsules are a food supplement that combines zinc, biotin, vitamins C and E, hydrolysed marine collagen and hyaluronic acid in a once-daily serving of 2 capsules. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails, and each serving provides 12mg of zinc (120% NRV).

Is this supplement suitable for vegetarians?

The capsule shell is plant-based, but the formula contains hydrolysed marine collagen from fish, and the vitamin E is labelled as a soy allergen. Anyone avoiding fish or soy should take this into account.

Which vitamins and minerals does it contain?
