Each stick combines an electrolyte blend of sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium with seven B and C vitamins, all providing 100% of their Nutrient Reference Value. The single-serving sachets are designed to be carried and mixed on the go, for use at the gym, at work or while travelling.

All Hydration+ Electrolyte & Vitamin Stick flavours (Tropical Vibes, Strawberry & Raspberry, Blue Raspberry and Lemon & Lime) share the same electrolyte and vitamin formula. Tropical Vibes is coloured with carotenes, while the other flavours use different permitted colours and flavourings.

Full ingredients list: Coconut water powder, taurine, Aquamin, potassium citrate, acids (citric acid, malic acid), magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, pink Himalayan crystal salt, Irish sea moss extract (15:1), flavouring, sodium citrate, calcium bisglycinate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose), free-flowing agent (silicon dioxide), colour (carotenes), niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B12.

Allergens: No common allergens are included. Made in a facility that also handles milk, egg, soy, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Add 1 stick to 200-500ml of room-temperature water and mix thoroughly before drinking. Do not exceed 1 stick per day.
