Rinse the sponge before use.

Once in the bath or shower, dampen your sponge with warm water and apply a small amount of body wash to the surface of the sponge. Using your hands, work it into the rest of the sponge to create an amazing lather. Use on the body/face and rinse after use.

Avoid getting soap/gel into your eyes. If irritation occurs, rinse with water.
