1. Use BlanX White Shock Treatment as your daily toothpaste, brushing your teeth twice or three times a day for two minutes each time. Only use this treatment for two weeks at a time.
2. After brushing, spread a thin layer of the product on the transparent support of the BlanX LED Bite, using your finger if necessary.
3. Place the BlanX LED Bite into your mouth and illuminate for at least 10 minutes once a week. After the treatment, rinse your teeth.
