How long do olive oil eardrops take to work?
The manufacturer says that over 2 weeks, lumps of earwax should fall out of the ear, especially at night while lying down. No faster onset is stated.
Can I use cotton buds to remove earwax?
The manufacturer advises against using your fingers or objects such as cotton buds to remove earwax, because this can push it in and make it worse. Never insert the dropper or any solid object into the ear.
Can I use these eardrops if I have a perforated eardrum?
No. Do not use them if you have a hole in your eardrum (a perforated eardrum).
