What is Clinitas Carbomer Gel 0.2% 10g?

Clinitas Carbomer Gel 0.2% 10g is a lubricating gel designed to provide relief from the symptoms of dry eye. The gel acts as an eye lubricant, which helps to relieve symptoms of discomfort, such as burning and itching sensations, caused by dry eyes. Its formula contains a blend of ingredients which help to hydrate the eye and lock in moisture, thereby reducing the symptoms of dry eye.

How does Clinitas Carbomer Gel work?

Clinitas Carbomer Gel works by creating a lubricating film over the surface of the eye, which helps to hydrate and soothe the eye. Its blend of ingredients helps to reduce symptoms of dry eye, by locking in moisture and providing hydration to the eye.

Carbomer 980, Cetrimide, Sorbitol, Sodium Edetate, Sodium Hydroxide and Water for Injection.

Before opening a new tube of Clinitas Hydrate Gel, please check that the safety strip on the cap of the tube is unbroken.

1. Wash and dry your hands well before use.
2. Tear off the safety strip to break the seal.
3. Remove the outer cap.
4. If you are a contact lens wearer remove your lenses and do not replace them until 30 minutes after using Clinitas Hydrate Gel.
5. Tilt your head back and look up.
6. Gently pull down your lower eyelid and squeeze one drop of Clinitas Hydrate Gel into the gap between your eye and eyelid.
7. Blink your eye a few times.
8. If you think that you have missed the eye, then insert another drop.
9. Carefully wipe away any excess Clinitas Hydrate gel around the eyelid with a lint free tissue.
10. Repeat the process for the other eye, if required.
11. Replace the outer cap on the container, trying not to touch the tip with anything, including your eye or fingers.

The usual dosage is one drop applied two to four times a day as needed, or as required depending on the severity of your dry eye sensation.

No dosage adjustment is required for Children.

Clinitas Hydrate can cause a transient mild burning sensation and/or blurring of vision after application. Wait until your vision is clear before driving or using machinery.
