1. Wash your hands
2. Open the container by twisting and pulling the cap
3. Instil into eyea. Hold the container in one hand between your thumb and a suitable finger (e.g. index/fore finger).b. Using a finger of your other hand, gently pull-down the lower eyelid of the affected eye. hold the tip of the open-end of the container so that it is facing downwards and is close to, but not touching, your eye.c. Gently squeeze on the container so that a drop falls into the gap between the eye and eyelid.d. Gently release the lower eyelid, and blink a few times.Repeat the above steps (a-d) for the other eye if necessary.
4. Disposal - the eye drops do not contain any preservatives: but can resealed and reused for up to 12 hours. After use, dispose of the container, in an environmentally friendly manner.
