Curaprox Aligner Foam is a mint-flavoured foam used after brushing, with plastic aligners, retainers or mouth guards. Curaprox says it is formulated to remineralise and protect teeth worn under these appliances, and the pocket-sized bottle is easy to carry.

Curaprox says one bottle typically lasts a month, because only a small amount of foam is needed for each use.

Use twice daily, after brushing your teeth.

1. Shake the bottle well.
2. Aligner Method: squirt a small amount of foam into each aligner, then put the aligners in.
3. Swish Method: squirt a small amount of foam into your mouth, spread it evenly over your teeth with your tongue, spit it out, then put the aligners back in.

There is no need to rinse afterwards, and no need to time how long the foam stays in the tray.
