What is the main ingredient in Fultium D3 20mcg/800IU soft gel Capsules (30)?
The capsules contain cholecalciferol, known as vitamin D3, at 800 IU (20 micrograms) per capsule. This form is well absorbed and recommended for raising vitamin D levels in the body.
Who should consider taking Fultium D3 20mcg/800IU soft gel Capsules (30)?
This product is beneficial for adults and teens over 12 with low vitamin D levels, limited sun exposure, or increased needs due to various factors. It is also complementary to other treatments for osteoporosis.
How does Fultium D3 support bone health?
Vitamin D3 facilitates calcium absorption in the body, crucial for maintaining strong bones and teeth. Regular intake can help prevent bone loss and reduce fracture risks, particularly in older individuals.
Is Fultium D3 suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
These soft gel capsules contain gelatin, making them unsuitable for individuals following a vegetarian or vegan diet, as they contain animal-derived ingredients in the capsule shell.

It's recommended to store the capsules below 25°C, in their original packaging, away from light and moisture. Always ensure they are out of reach of children and not used after the expiry date.
Are there any common side effects associated with Fultium D3?
While most individuals tolerate vitamin D3 well, some may experience mild stomach upset or skin rash. In rare cases, high doses could lead to elevated calcium levels, hence it's advisable to seek guidance from a healthcare professional.
