Active ingredients (per 10ml):

• Sodium alginate – 500mg
• Sodium bicarbonate – 213mg
• Calcium carbonate – 325mg

Other ingredients:
Carbomer, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), sodium saccharin, mint flavour, sodium hydroxide, and purified water.

This product does not contain sugar or gluten.

For oral use only. Shake well before use.

• Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 10–20ml (2–4 x 5ml spoonfuls) after meals and at bedtime, up to 4 times a day.
• Children under 12 years: Only use under medical advice.

If you take too much:
You may feel bloated. It’s unlikely to cause harm, but consult a doctor or pharmacist if concerned.

If you forget a dose:
Don’t double the next dose. Just carry on as before.

Do not take this product if:

• You are allergic to any of the ingredients. Rare reactions may include rash, itching, breathing difficulty, dizziness, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat.

Take special care if:

• You are on a low sodium or low calcium diet. Each 20ml dose contains:
  • 11.12mmol of sodium
  • 6.5mmol of calcium The daily maximum dose contains 1023.04mg sodium (over 50% of the recommended maximum adult daily intake).
• You need it regularly or long-term – consult your doctor or pharmacist.
• You are taking other medicines – leave a 2-hour gap between this and any other oral medicine, especially:
  • Antihistamines
  • Tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics (e.g., norfloxacin)
  • Iron supplements
  • Antifungals (e.g., ketoconazole)
  • Digoxin, beta-blockers
  • Neuroleptics
  • Thyroxine
  • Chloroquine
  • Bisphosphonates

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Safe to use.

Allergens:
Contains methyl (E218) and propyl (E216) parahydroxybenzoates which may cause allergic reactions, possibly delayed.

Very rarely (fewer than 1 in 10,000 users), allergic reactions may occur. If you notice:
