Ingredients
Active ingredient: N,N-Diethyl-m-toluamide (DEET) 50% (485 g/kg).
Other ingredients: Geraniol 1% (9.5 g/kg), Ethyl Alcohol, Butane, Isobutane, Propane.
Usage and Instructions
- Shake well before use.
- Hold the can about 15cm from clean, dry skin and spray in a slow, sweeping motion. Apply carefully to all exposed skin except the eyes and lips.
- For the face and neck, spray onto your hands first, then apply.
- Reapply as necessary. High temperature, humidity and other conditions can reduce how long any insect repellent protects you.
- The product is not waterproof, so reapply after swimming, heavy sweating or towel-drying.
Warnings
Read these precautions before use:
- Extremely flammable aerosol. Keep away from heat, flames and hot surfaces.
- Pressurised container. Protect from sunlight, do not expose to temperatures above 50C, and do not pierce or burn the can, even after use.
- Causes skin and serious eye irritation. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips and damaged skin. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
- For adults and children aged 12 years and over. Not recommended for children under 12 unless directed by a healthcare professional.
- For external use only. Harmful if swallowed.
- Use in a well-ventilated area and do not inhale the spray.
- Keep away from plastics, synthetic fabrics, and varnished and painted surfaces.
