Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Each Daytime capsule contains: Paracetamol 500mg, Caffeine 25mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1mg
Other ingredients: Starch, Croscarmellose Sodium, Sodium Laurilsulphate, Magnesium Stearate, Sterilised Talc, Gelatin, Titanium Dioxide (E171), Quinoline Yellow (E104), Patent Blue V (E131), Erythrosin (E127), Shellac.
Usage and Instructions
Please read the enclosed product leaflet carefully before use.
Suitable for adults, people aged 65+, and children over 16 years of age. Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age. For oral use only. Swallow whole with water, and do not chew.
Take two capsules every 4-6 hours as required, but no more than four doses in any 24 hours, and no more than three doses in any 24 hours if a night-time paracetamol-containing product is taken before bedtime.
Do not take more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in any 24-hour period.

Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to, and if you do not get better after 8 capsules, talk to a doctor or healthcare professional.
Do not take if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, or if you are taking, or have taken, MAOI's (antidepressants) within 14 days, or are taking other sympathomimetic decongestants.
Do not take this medicine if you have an underlying medical condition, are hypersensitive to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or caffeine, are allergic to any of the ingredients listed, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if symptoms persist. Consult your doctor in all these instances.
Avoid when breastfeeding, and do not use during pregnancy unless recommended by a healthcare professional.
Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. If you take too much of this medicine, talk to a doctor at once, even if you feel well, this is because too much paracetamol can cause serious delayed liver damage.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Side Effects
Adverse effects of paracetamol, when taken as prescribed, are rare. The most commonly reported adverse events following dosing with caffeine are GI irritation and CNS stimulation.
