Natures Aid Mini Drops Iron (with Vitamin C, B12 & Folic Acid) 50ml is a liquid food supplement for infants and children aged 3 months to 5 years. Each 1ml provides 10mg of iron with vitamin C, vitamin B12 and folic acid, and the flavourless drops are added to water or juice, so they are easy to give to a young child.

• 10mg iron per 1ml: This is 71% of the nutrient reference value (NRV). Iron contributes to normal cognitive development in children and to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation.
• With vitamin C: Vitamin C contributes to increased iron absorption.
• With vitamin B12 and folic acid: Both contribute to normal red blood cell formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Age-specific doses: 0.5ml a day for ages 3 to 6 months, and 1ml a day from 7 months to 5 years.
• Suitable for vegans: Free from GM products, artificial colours and flavours, dairy, gluten, yeast, wheat, lactose, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar.
• Formula milk limit: Not suitable for infants consuming 500ml or more of formula milk a day.

Yes, from 3 months up to 5 years of age. It is not designed for adult intake.

Who is Mini Drops Iron designed for?

Natures Aid designed it for infants and young children who may be at risk of low iron intake, including breastfed babies, those not having an iron-enriched formula and children following a largely plant-based diet.

Can I use Mini Drops Iron if my baby is on formula?

Not if your baby has 500ml or more of formula milk a day. If you are unsure about your baby's intake or requirements, speak to a healthcare professional.

How long does a bottle last once opened?

Use it within 4 months of opening.

Directions depend on age:
