How much Night Nurse liquid should I take?
For Night Nurse Liquid, the recommended dosage is as follows:
- Fill the measuring cup provided with the product to the 20ml mark.
- Take one 20ml dose, which is equivalent to four teaspoons, at bedtime.
It is important to adhere to the recommended dosage and not exceed it. If you have any doubts or concerns about the appropriate dosage for your specific situation, it is advisable to consult your pharmacist or healthcare professional for personalized guidance.
Take one dose of Night Nurse per night. Don't take it if you have already taken 4 doses (4000mg) of a paracetamol-containing product in 24 hours.

Can you take too much Night Nurse liquid?
It is not recommended to use Night Nurse for more than three nights at a time without getting medical advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
Never exceed the recommended dose of Night Nurse as an overdose of Paracetamol can be dangerous and cause serious liver and kidney damage.

This product is not suitable for anyone below 16 years of age.

- Severe allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching (sometimes with swelling of the mouth or face), or shortness of breath
- Skin rash, peeling, or mouth ulcers
- Breathing problems, particularly if you have experienced them before when taking other painkillers like ibuprofen and aspirin
- Unexplained bruising and bleeding
- Confusion, restlessness, sweating, shaking, shivering, sudden muscle jerks, or increased blood pressure (these symptoms may indicate serotonin syndrome)
- Difficulty passing urine
- Nausea, vomiting, stomach ache, sudden weight loss, loss of appetite, and yellowing of the eyes and skin
- Restlessness, nervousness, irritability, increased energy, and sleep disturbances (these effects are more likely to affect children)
