These tablets are made for short-term relief of many common pain states and fever. They can help with headache, migraine, period pain, backache, muscle and joint pain, dental pain, and pain from colds or flu. They may also ease pain tied to minor sprains, strains, or rheumatic flare-ups, by cutting both pain and swelling. Who should not use Numark Ibuprofen 400mg 96 Coated Tablets?
Do not use these tablets if you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, or other similar pain drugs, or have ever had wheeze, rash, or swelling after such drugs. They are not right if you have, or have had more than one, stomach ulcer, gut bleed, or a hole in the stomach or gut. People with severe heart, liver, or kidney disease, or those in the last three months of pregnancy, must not take this medicine. If you have heart risk, high blood pressure, diabetes, high blood fats, gut disease, or are on other anti-inflammatory drugs or blood-thinning drugs, seek advice before use.
Can I take Numark Ibuprofen 400mg 96 Coated Tablets with other medicines?
Ibuprofen can clash with some other drugs, so it is wise to check before use. Speak with a doctor or pharmacist if you take blood-thinning drugs, SSRIs, some blood pressure drugs, steroids, lithium, methotrexate, or other anti-inflammatory pain drugs, as the mix may raise harm or change how well the drugs work. Low-dose aspirin for heart health may be used with care, but higher-dose aspirin or other NSAIDs should not be taken with ibuprofen unless a doctor agrees. Always read the leaflet and share a full drug list with your health care team before you start.
