• Take two tablets with water up to 3 times a day.
• Swallow the tablets whole; do not chew.
• Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
• Do not take more than 6 tablets in any 24-hour period.

Do not take this medicine if you:

• Are allergic to ibuprofen, phenylephrine hydrochloride, or any other ingredients.
• Have had a stomach ulcer, perforation, or bleeding.
• Are allergic to aspirin or related painkillers.
• Are taking other NSAID painkillers or aspirin above 75mg daily.
• Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
• Have an overactive thyroid or have taken MAOIs (antidepressants) in the last 14 days.

• Have asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or have had a stroke.
