Usage and Instructions
Oilatum Plus is used as a bath additive for eczema that is at risk of becoming infected.
Always dilute Oilatum Plus with water before use. Use once daily and do not exceed the recommended amount.
Adults, older people and children over 2 years:
For an 8 inch (20 cm) deep bath, add 2 capfuls (20 ml) and mix well.
For a 4 inch (10 cm) deep bath, add 1 capful (10 ml) and mix well.
Babies and infants over 6 months:
Add 1 ml, which is just enough to cover the bottom of the cap, to a baby bath containing approximately 15 litres of water. Mix well.
Soak the affected areas of skin for 10 to 15 minutes, then gently pat the skin dry with a clean towel. Oilatum Plus is an effective cleanser and should not be used with soap.
Oilatum Plus is for use on the skin only. Do not apply it directly to the skin without diluting it. Take care when entering or leaving the bath because the product can make the surface slippery.
After use, rinse the waste pipe with additional warm running water to help prevent residue from collecting. The bath may also need to be cleaned with a degreasing agent.
Stop using the product and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if irritation or a rash develops when it is used at the correct dilution.
