Ingredients
- Ibuprofen 5% w/w (active ingredient)
- Hydroxyethylcellulose
- Sodium hydroxide
- Benzyl alcohol
- Isopropyl alcohol
- Purified water
Usage and Instructions
- For external use only.
- Adults, the elderly, and children over 12 years:
- Apply a 4–10 cm strip of gel to the affected area.
- Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed.
- Leave at least 4 hours between applications.
- Do not apply more than 4 times in 24 hours.
- Do not use on broken, irritated, infected, or diseased skin.
- Do not cover with occlusive (airtight) dressings.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mouth; rinse thoroughly if accidental contact occurs.
- Wash hands after application unless treating the hands.
- If symptoms worsen or do not improve within 2 weeks, consult a doctor.
- Not recommended for children under 12.
If swallowed:
- Rinse mouth and seek medical attention immediately.
Warnings
Do not use:
- If you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, other NSAIDs, or any ingredient in the gel.
- If previous NSAID use has caused asthma, wheezing, hives, or allergic reactions.
- During the last 3 months of pregnancy.
- On damaged or broken skin.

Sunlight/UV:

- Fabrics in contact with the gel (clothes, bedding, dressings) are more flammable.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
- Do not use in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
- Avoid during the first 6 months unless advised by a doctor.
- Not recommended while breastfeeding.
Driving/machines:
- No expected effect.
Excipients:
- Contains benzyl alcohol (may cause irritation or allergic reactions).
- Contains less than 1 mmol sodium per dose (essentially sodium-free).
Side Effects
