Usage and Instructions
Directions for use: Add 10g (approx. 1 heaped tsp) to 250ml of a hot drink of your choice or add to smoothies and recipes for a ketogenic boost. Add to pancakes, oatmeal or use in baking. 1 - 2 servings up to 3 times a day.
