1. Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
2. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press briefly, without tilting your head back or sniffing.
3. Blow your nose.
4. Repeat in the other nostril.

Use as often as required, or as recommended by your doctor. After use, clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry.
