Description
Stugeron Travel Sickness Tablets are used in the prevention of travel sickness for the whole family.
They have a long lasting effect making it an ideal treatment for journeys whether travelling by car, boat or plane.
Ingredients
Cinnarizine 15mg
Usage and Instructions
Adults and children over the age of 12:
Take 2 tablets two hours before travelling. One further tablet every eight hours as required.
Children aged 5-12 years:
Take 1 tablet two hours before travelling. One further half tablet every eight hours as required.
Warnings
Stugeron tablets can make you drowsy. If this happens, do not drive or use any tools or machines.
Stugeron tablets can make you drowsy. Drinking alcohol may make this worse.
This medicine could reduce your reaction to skin tests for allergies. If you have taken Stugeron tablets in the 4 days before these tests, tell your doctor.
Do not take Stugeron 15mg Tablets if:
You are allergic to cinnarizine or any of the other ingredients.
Your child is under 5 years old.
You are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, might become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
Check with your doctor before taking Stugeron 15mg Tablets if:
You have Parkinson’s disease.
You suffer from liver or kidney problems.
You have a blood problem called 'porphyria'.
Side Effects
Possible side effects associated with Stugeron
- Drowsiness.
- Weight gain (with long-term use).
- Indigestion.
- Nausea.
