Usage and Instructions
Rub on at the first sign of a cold to get maximum benefit.
Adults can rub this solution liberally onto their chest, throat and back. For best results, cover the whole area for maximum effect. Leave your nightclothes worn loosely to allow the vapours to be inhaled easily.
For children over 2 years, gently help to rub away the symptoms of your child's cold with your tender touch. Apply lightly to their chest and back. Leave their clothes worn loosely to allow for easy inhalation.
The following inhalation method is ideal if a head cold or nasal catarrh persists. For deep-action relief melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water.
Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10-15 minutes.
