Couriers and aerosols

Some couriers ship some parcels by airplane. The rules that apply to air travel, usually apply to parcels being shipped in airplanes as well. As such there are often strict regulations surrounding aerosol containers shipped in these parcels.

But surely this parcel wont be shipped by airplane?

Sadly most couriers apply the same rules to all parcels as they cannot guarantee that a parcel will not be transported by airplane. While it might seem like a safe bet that a parcel travelling from central London to Slough will not be shipped by air, it can still not contain more than two aerosols.

Even shipping aerosol containers over such a short distance, we as the sender risk large fines and disruption to our services if we were to ignore the rules set in place by our couriers.

Other options

We do offer alternative shipping options for our customers if you are buying aerosols, so you should largely not be affected by this.
