As the lockdown and pandemic continues, we know how important it is for you to receive your orders on time. We’ve put together a quick FAQ to keep you up to date with how we’re handling orders, delays and product stock during this time.

  • Will my order be delivered on time?

We’re happy to say we’re sending out orders without issue. However, we know that couriers are experiencing some delays, so there’s a possibility your order may arrive later than expected.

Some areas are more affected by Royal Mail postal delays than others. If you’re waiting for a parcel, you can check to see if your postcode is listed here.

  • Where can I buy COVID-19 healthcare products?

We have a dedicated COVID-19 product section here. You’ll find everything you need to care for you and your family – from face masks and antibacterial hand gel to vitamin D.

We’re working hard to keep essential COVID-19 items in stock. If we’re out of a stock on a product you need, click ‘Notify me when back in stock’ on the product page. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s in the warehouse.

  • Can I order COVID-19 tests from medino?

If you have COVID-19 symptoms or need to know if you’re safe to travel, you can order the Rightangled Covid-19 RT-PCR Test from us. This COVID-19 home test kit provides lab results online within 24 hours after testing and a ‘Fit to Fly’ certificate once you test negative. Just swab, seal and send with the return pre-paid envelope.
