Cetraben Ointment has a much higher paraffin content (80% w/w combined) than Cetraben Moisturising Cream, giving it a thicker texture and a higher level of hydration. It's intended for more severe or very dry skin, while the Moisturising Cream suits lighter, everyday moisturising.
