Inulin: A type of gut-friendly dietary fibre found in many plants that can help other gut-friendly bacteria grow. It is found in a wide range of fruits, vegetables, and herbs including wheat, onions, bananas, leeks, artichokes, and asparagus.

Lactobacillus Rhamnosus: This exists naturally in your body, primarily in the intestines, and helps prevent the growth of harmful bacteria in the stomach and intestines.

Lactobacillus Casei: Another of many gut-friendly bacteria that live in your digestive system, urinary and genital tracts.
