• Take 1 tablet (400 mg) up to three times daily with or after food, at least 4 hours apart.
• Do not exceed 3 tablets (1200 mg) in 24 hours.
• Not suitable for children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor.
• For short-term use only (up to 10 days unless directed by a doctor).
• Swallow tablets whole with water—do not crush or chew.

• Do not take if allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, or other NSAIDs, or if you have a history of stomach ulcers, bleeding, or severe liver, kidney, or heart disease.
