Vitamin D increases absorption of Calcium from food and reduces its excretion. It plays a role in Insulin metabolism, blood cell formation and can be manufactured by the body on exposure to sunlight.

ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12 YEARS:

Take 4 to 10 drops daily, preferably with a meal. Can be mixed into liquids or consumed directly.
