Active ingredients (per 10ml):

• Sodium alginate 500 mg
• Sodium bicarbonate 267 mg
• Calcium carbonate 160 mg

• Methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218)
• Propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216)
• Saccharin sodium
• Fennel flavour (contains benzyl alcohol)

For oral use only.
Shake well before use.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
Take 10–20 ml (two to four 5 ml spoonfuls) after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day.

Children under 12 years:
Only use under medical advice.

If you take too much:
You may feel bloated or experience abdominal discomfort. It is unlikely to cause harm, but consult a doctor or pharmacist if concerned.

If you forget a dose:
Do not double the dose. Simply continue as before with the next dose.
