1. Baby Wash & Shampoo: Add a few drops to running water to create a gentle bubble bath, then gently cleanse your or your baby's skin and rinse with lukewarm water. A little goes a long way.
2. Mum & Baby Rescue Balm: Apply sparingly to the skin and reapply as required. If using on cracked nipples, apply before and after feeds.
3. Perineal massage (balm, from 34 weeks): Place one or both thumbs on and just within the back wall of the vagina, resting one or both forefingers on the buttocks. Massage gently with an upwards and outwards 'U' or 'sling' movement for around 5 minutes, daily or every other day.

Use the wash within 12 months of opening and the balm within 6 months of opening.
