No. This product is 30 vol (9% hydrogen peroxide). Bblonde also sells a 40 vol (12%) cream peroxide as a separate product, so check the vol strength on the pack before you buy.

Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 60, Sodium Stannate, Phosphoric Acid, Disodium EDTA, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Fucus Vesiculosus (Sea Weed) Extract.

1. Do a skin sensitivity test 48 hours before you colour. Use a cotton bud to apply a small, coin-sized amount of product behind your ear and leave it for 48 hours before washing off.
2. Do a strand test before colouring all of your hair, even if you have used the product before.
3. Wear suitable gloves.
4. Empty one 25g Bblonde powder bleach sachet and one 75ml bottle of cream peroxide into a mixing tray and mix to a creamy consistency with the tinting brush.
5. Apply the mixture following the instruction leaflet provided with the powder bleach.
