Three tablets provide 800mg of calcium in the citrate form, together with 6µg of vitamin D3, which contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium. This gives the full nutrient reference value (NRV) for calcium from the daily 3 tablets, with vitamin D3 included in the same tablet.
