Omega 3 Fatty Acids are the fatty acids found in oily fish that give them their reputation as ‘brain food’. The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) serve important roles in the body, contributing to normal heart function, brain function and vision.
For this reason it is often recommended that you should eat multiple servings of oily fish a week, but at Lindens we recognise that that isn’t always possible.
Lindens Omega 3 Fish Oil (30% DHA/EPA) contain 1000mg of fish oil each, neatly encapsulated in an easy swallow, rapid release softgel capsule.

A full serving of 3 capsules provides 3000mg fish oil yielding 540mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 360mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)

Usage and Instructions

Take 1 - 3 capsules each day with a little water.
