Adults should take 2 softgels per day, with food. Do not take more than the recommended amount.

Does it contain fish?

Yes. The softgels contain deep-sea fish oil concentrate from anchovy, sardine and mackerel, and the capsule shell is made with fish gelatin. This product is not suitable for anyone avoiding fish.

Is there a limit on plant sterols?

Yes. The manufacturer advises avoiding more than 3g of added plant sterols a day from all sources. This equals 7.5 softgels of MorEPA Cholesterol, which is well above the recommended 2 softgels a day.
