- Seven ingredients in one formula: Combines vitamin C, vitamin D3, zinc, N-acetyl-L-cysteine (450mg), EpiCor dried yeast fermentate (250mg), European elderberry fruit extract (200mg) and quercetin (25mg), rather than requiring several separate supplements.
- High-strength NAC: Provides 450mg of free-form N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) per serving, for people specifically looking for this ingredient.

- Free from common allergens: Manufactured free from wheat, gluten, egg, peanuts and tree nuts, and suitable for vegetarians.

Warnings
Speak to a doctor, midwife or pharmacist before taking this supplement if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have a health condition, or take any medication. If you're taking a quinolone or tetracycline antibiotic, leave at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after taking this supplement, as zinc can reduce how well these antibiotics work. Do not take more than the equivalent of 25mg of zinc a day from supplements unless advised to by a doctor; the maximum suggested dose of this product provides 15mg of zinc a day.
Side Effects
Taking zinc at high doses over a long period can reduce how much copper the body absorbs, which can lead to anaemia and weakened bones. This is not a complete list of every possible reaction; if you notice anything unusual after taking this supplement, stop use and speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
