Each serving (2 capsules) provides:

Take 2 capsules twice daily, with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

If you're taking a quinolone or tetracycline antibiotic, leave at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after taking this supplement, as zinc can reduce how well these antibiotics work. Do not take more than the equivalent of 25mg of zinc a day from supplements unless advised to by a doctor; the maximum suggested dose of this product provides 15mg of zinc a day.

Taking zinc at high doses over a long period can reduce how much copper the body absorbs, which can lead to anaemia and weakened bones. This is not a complete list of every possible reaction; if you notice anything unusual after taking this supplement, stop use and speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
