What is the difference between the Woman 50+ and Woman versions?

The Woman 50+ tablet is formulated with added vitamin B12 and calcium. The standard Woman tablet is formulated with added biotin and iron. Both packs pair the tablet with an omega-3 fish oil capsule containing 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 300 mg is omega-3.

Can women under 50 take this duo pack?

The directions on the pack are for adults aged 18 and over. The tablet is specially formulated for women aged 50 and over.

What is the omega-3 capsule made from?
