Solgar Omega 3-6-9 Fish, Flax, Borage 120 Softgels are a food supplement that combines fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage oil in one softgel. Three softgels a day provide omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA and alpha-linolenic acid), omega-6 fatty acids and omega-9 oleic acid, so one supplement covers all three groups of fatty acids.
