Film coat: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172), talc.

The recommended dose is 10 mg, taken as needed, at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
The effects may last for up to 36 hours.

If a 10 mg dose is not effective, a 20 mg dose may be taken if the patient has not experienced side effects.

The maximum recommended frequency is once per day.

Tadalafil should not be taken with grapefruit juice.

• Do not use with nitrates, amyl nitrite, or other PDE5 inhibitors.
