• Each film-coated tablet contains 20 mg tadalafil (active ingredient).
• Tablet core ingredients: lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitan stearate, magnesium stearate.
• Film-coating ingredients: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), triacetin, talc, iron oxide yellow (E172).

The recommended dose is 10 mg, taken as needed, at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
The effects may last for up to 36 hours.

If a 10 mg dose is not effective, a 20 mg dose may be taken if the patient has not experienced side effects.

The maximum recommended frequency is once per day.

Tadalafil should not be taken with grapefruit juice.
