No. Cetraben Itch Relief Balm is a targeted, portable balm formulated with menthol, allantoin and oat kernel flour for calming itchy flare-up areas. Cetraben Cream is a paraffin-based emollient designed for everyday, whole-body moisturising. Many people use the two alongside each other.

Ingredients: Aqua, glycerin, paraffinum liquidum, isopropyl palmitate, cetearyl alcohol, avena sativa (oat) kernel flour, polysorbate 60, cetyl alcohol, dimethicone, petrolatum, benzyl alcohol, allantoin, salicylic acid, stearyl alcohol, sodium PCA, sodium hydroxide, myristyl alcohol, cera microcristallina, sodium chloride and menthol.

For external use only. Using clean hands, apply enough balm to cover the affected area(s) and rub in gently. Use as often as needed, before or after your usual Cetraben moisturiser.

Cetraben Itch Relief Balm carries the following precautions, most important first:

• Keep away from fire, naked flames and cigarettes. If the balm gets onto clothing, dressings or bedding, that fabric can catch fire more easily.
• Do not use on badly cracked, inflamed or bleeding skin.
• Avoid contact with the eyes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Stop using the balm and seek medical advice if irritation, redness or a rash develops.
• Do not use if the tube seal is broken or has been tampered with.
• Keep out of reach of children.
