Both are Cetraben emollient creams for dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin, but they're formulated differently. Cetraben Natural Oatmeal Cream contains natural oatmeal and is designed to be lightweight, quick-drying and non-greasy, and is suitable from birth. Cetraben Moisturising Cream is free from fragrance, colour, SLS, lanolin and parabens, and is suitable for adults, the elderly and children over 1 year old.

Why does Cetraben Natural Oatmeal Cream carry a fire warning?

This cream contains liquid paraffin and petrolatum. The MHRA has warned that fabric such as clothing, dressings and bedding that comes into contact with paraffin-based creams can be more easily ignited by a naked flame, even after washing. For this reason, keep away from fire and flames while using this product.

Ingredients: Water, glycerin, cetearimonium chloride, isopropyl palmitate, paraffinum liquidum (liquid paraffin), cetyl alcohol, dimethicone, avena sativa (oat) kernel flour, allantoin, petrolatum, cera microcristallina (microcrystalline wax), stearyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, sodium chloride and benzyl alcohol.

Apply as often as required, making sure the area is well covered. Smooth gently into the skin in the direction of hair growth. For best results, apply to slightly damp skin after bathing or showering. Suitable for all skin types from birth onwards.
