Ingredients
- Active ingredient: Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) 75 mg per tablet
- Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, corn starch, colloidal anhydrous silica, stearic acid, methacrylic acid–ethyl acrylate copolymer dispersion 30%, talc, triethyl citrate.
Usage and Instructions
- Adults, elderly and children 16+ years: 1–2 tablets once daily (swallow whole with water; do not cut, chew, or crush).
- Usually taken long-term to prevent heart attack or stroke or after bypass surgery.
- May take up to 4 tablets daily only on a doctor’s advice.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- If a dose is missed, take the next one as normal — do not double up.
- Overdose: seek urgent medical help; symptoms include ringing in the ears, confusion, vomiting, or fast breathing.
- Do not use as a painkiller or fever reducer.
Warnings
- Do not take if you:
- Are allergic to aspirin, salicylates, or NSAIDs
- Have or ever had a stomach ulcer, intestinal bleeding, stroke due to bleeding, blood clotting disorder, gout, or severe liver/kidney disease
