Can Forceval capsules replace a healthy diet?
Forceval Multivitamin & Mineral Complex helps cover nutrient gaps when diet alone is insufficient, but it should not replace whole foods. While it offers a range of vitamins and minerals, the body still needs fibre and other compounds from fresh foods. It is best used to complement, not replace, a balanced diet.
Who should use Forceval capsules?
Forceval is ideal for adults and those aged 12+ who may not get enough vitamins or minerals from diet alone. It is especially useful for people recovering from illness, following restricted diets, or with higher nutrient demands. It can help maintain vitality and general health in these situations.
Can Forceval be used with other supplements or medicines?
Do not combine Forceval with other multivitamins or single-nutrient supplements without medical guidance. Certain ingredients, such as iron or folic acid, can interact with medicines, so check with a pharmacist or doctor before use.
