1. Wash your hands and sterilise all feeding equipment according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
2. Fill a kettle with at least 1 litre of freshly run tap water. Do not use water that has previously been boiled.
3. Boil the water and allow it to cool for approximately 30 minutes so that it remains at a temperature of at least 70°C.
4. Measure the required amount of water into a sterilised feeding bottle.
5. Using only the scoop supplied, add the correct number of level scoops of powder. Use the straight edge inside the lid to level each scoop.
6. Attach a sterilised teat and cap, then shake the bottle thoroughly until the powder has dissolved.
7. Cool the prepared feed to approximately body temperature by holding the closed bottle under cold running water.
8. Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.
