Turmeric possesses strong antioxidant activity and can help protect against free radical damage.

Liver Support

Turmeric appears to protect the liver from a number of toxic compounds.

Circulation Turmeric appears to stop platelets in the blood from sticking together, which improves the circulation and may also help protect against atherosclerosis.
